Pole Shaft Specifications
The pole is crafted from freshly extruded 6063 alloy aluminum tubing and subjected to heat treatment, resulting in a T6 temper.
Hinge Base Casting
Forged from A356 alloy aluminum, the anchor base undergoes heat treatment to achieve a T6 condition and is inserted into the anchor base casting. A continuous circumferential weld joins the two pieces at the outside top and inside bottom of the anchor base. Anchor bolts and nuts sit flush, recessed in the base casting, concealed by four tamper-resistant aluminum nut cover discs.
