Pole Shaft Specifications

The pole is crafted from freshly extruded 6063 alloy aluminum tubing, heat-treated to achieve a T6 temper, and gracefully cone-tapered to the butt diameter. These standards can be drilled to accommodate side arm-mounted luminaires, with specified mounting orientation required. Alternatively, a standard aluminum tenon may be supplied.

Hinged Base Casting

Forged from A356 alloy aluminum, the anchor base undergoes heat treatment to achieve a T6 condition before being inserted into the anchor base casting. The two components are seamlessly connected by a continuous circumferential weld at the outside top and inside bottom of the anchor base. Additionally, a hinge pin is incorporated into the base, facilitating the lowering of the pole for luminaire maintenance.
